Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Truthline (the "Service"), provided by Truthline Inc. ("we," "us," or "Truthline"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Truthline indexes source code, deployment logs, and related telemetry you choose to connect, then surfaces drift, risk, and ownership signals derived from that data. We do not relicense, resell, or publish your data.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be authorized to grant access to any repository or system you connect.

3. Trial period

New workspaces begin on the Trial plan for 14 days at no cost. After the trial, the workspace transitions to a paid plan unless cancelled. We will email you before any charge.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, or attempt to access another customer's data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or place an undue load on our infrastructure.

5. Data handling

Source code and telemetry connected to Truthline are stored in encrypted form within the region of your workspace. We process data to deliver the Service and to compute the signals presented in your dashboards. See the Privacy Policy for specifics.

6. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Organization. We will purge connected data within 30 days of deletion, subject to backup retention windows.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truthline's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you via email or in-app banner.
